Company Overview

Founded in 1966, YILONG is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of electrical insulation materials. With two production bases covering 110,000 square meters and 310 employees including 36 technical professionals, we got 26 patents, including 4 invention patents.

Products and Capacity

Our main products include Cotton Phenolic Laminates, Epoxy Glass Laminates, Unsaturated Polyester Cloth Sheets, Engineering Plastics and CNC machined parts. Our annual production capability for laminated products is more than 20,000 tons, for plastic sheets, rods and tubes is more than 15,000 tons. Besides, we also operate an self-owned glass cloth plant with a 3,000-ton capacity to ensure consistent raw material quality.

Equipment

To support our large-scale production and strict quality requirements, YILONG is equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities, including 9 horizontal gluing production lines, 3 sets of 24-layer vacuum pressing machines, 3 sets of 3000-ton pressing machines, 2 sets of 4800-ton super large pressing machines capable of supporting sizes up to 2000x3200mm, and 6 sets of 2000-ton pressing machines. In addition, we operate more than 30 sets of automated production lines, automatic cutting equipment, and CNC machining centers, enabling high efficiency, stable quality, and precise processing for both standard and customized orders.
