3255-1: Phenol-modified diphenyl ether glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with phenol-modified methoxydiphenyl ether resin, dried and hot-pressed.

3255-2: Phenol-modified diphenyl ether glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with phenol-modified poly-diphenyl ether resin, dried and hot-pressed.

3255-3: Diphenyl ether epoxy-imide glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with diphenyl ether epoxy-imide resin, dried and hot-pressed.

3255-4: Oxazine-modified diphenyl ether glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with oxazine-modified diphenyl ether resin, dried and hot-pressed.

Application Tips:

Laminated sheets have different properties from metals; processing must follow JB/Z141 standards to avoid damage.

Due to low thermal conductivity, high cutting speed and small feed rate are required.

Mechanical processing generates dust and fumes; adequate labor protection is necessary.

Thin laminated sheets can be used to wrap transformer coil outer cylinders.

Precautions:

If sheets become damp during storage or processing, bake at a low temperature.

Storage period is 1 year; sheets can still be used after inspection if beyond this period.
