Description
Modified Diphenyl Ether Laminated Glass Cloth Sheet is a plate-like laminate made from alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with phenol-modified diphenyl ether resin, then baked and hot-pressed. This material exhibits excellent mechanical strength, high dielectric properties, and strong radiation resistance. It also offers good machinability and stability, making it ideal for use as insulating structural components in motors, electrical equipment, and other high-performance electrical applications.

3255-2: Phenol-modified diphenyl ether glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with phenol-modified poly-diphenyl ether resin, dried and hot-pressed.
3255-3: Diphenyl ether epoxy-imide glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with diphenyl ether epoxy-imide resin, dried and hot-pressed.
3255-4: Oxazine-modified diphenyl ether glass cloth laminated sheet made from high-temperature dewaxed glass cloth impregnated with oxazine-modified diphenyl ether resin, dried and hot-pressed.
Application Tips:
Laminated sheets have different properties from metals; processing must follow JB/Z141 standards to avoid damage.
Due to low thermal conductivity, high cutting speed and small feed rate are required.
Mechanical processing generates dust and fumes; adequate labor protection is necessary.
Thin laminated sheets can be used to wrap transformer coil outer cylinders.
Precautions:
If sheets become damp during storage or processing, bake at a low temperature.
Storage period is 1 year; sheets can still be used after inspection if beyond this period.
