Description

ESD FR4 Sheet is a high-performance anti-static insulating material developed by incorporating special antistatic agents into standard FR4 epoxy glass laminate during the manufacturing process. This modification enables the material to achieve stable and reliable electrostatic discharge (ESD) control while maintaining the excellent mechanical and electrical properties of conventional FR4.

The substrate of ESD FR4 consists of epoxy resin reinforced with fiberglass cloth. Compared with ESD G10, the main difference lies in flammability performance—ESD FR4 typically meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant requirements, making it more suitable for applications with strict fire-safety standards.
