Description
FR5 Sheet is a high-TG, high-TD epoxy laminate manufactured under high temperature and high pressure using special electronic-grade fiberglass cloth impregnated with epoxy phenolic resin. It features excellent mechanical strength, stable dielectric performance, and superior insulation properties, along with outstanding heat resistance, moisture resistance, and good machinability.
FR5 sheets are widely used for insulation structural components and PCB testing fixtures in motors and electrical equipment. Thanks to their reliable performance in harsh environments, they are also suitable for applications in humid conditions and transformer oil.
