Description
The Epoxy Fiberglass Tube is manufactured using alkali-free glass fabric bonded with epoxy resin.Produced through heat-rolling, tightening, baking, and curing processes, this product exhibits highmechanical properties and maintains stable electrical properties even in high-humidityenvironments. It is suitable for use as insulation structural parts within mechanical, electrical, andelectronic equipment.
Standards and Classification We offer tubes compliant with various international standards:
GOST Standard: 3640
NEMA Standard: G10, FR4, G11, FR5
IEC Standard: EPGC21, EPGC22, EPGC23
Features
3640: Features higher mechanical and electrical insulating properties with low waterabsorption. Designed for insulating structural parts in electric apparatus.
EPGC21: Maintains stable electrical insulating properties under heavy humidity. Used inmechanical, electrical, and electronic applications.
EPGC22: Similar to EPGC21 but offers superior mechanical properties underhigh temperatures.
EPGC23: Similar to EPGC21 but includes fire retardant properties. NEMA Series (G10, FR4, G11, FR5):
All types possess excellent mechanical strength, dielectric loss properties, and electricstrength in both dry and humid conditions.
G10 & FR4: Share the same mechanical and electrical properties; FR4 adds fireretardant properties.
G11 & FR5: Offer higher thermal properties compared to G10 and FR4; FR5 adds fireretardant properties.
Temperature Resistance: Available in 120°C, 155°C, and 180°C grades.
