G10 FR4 G11 Filament Wound Fiberglass Tube for Electrical Insulation and Industrial Applications

product details

Description

Nema Grade G10 FR4 G11 Filament Wound Fiberglass Tubes are made of Fiberglass Filament and binded with epoxy resin, cast to specific sizes, and then molded or ground to desired specifications.

G10 FR4 G11 tubes also have excellent chemical and electrical resistance under dry and wet conditions. They also exhibit high flexural, impact resistance, excellent mechanical and bonding strength at temperatures up to 130℃/155℃/180℃.

Suitable for being used as insulation structural parts of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment. Applications include mast, heat exchanger, coil and inductor. The G10 fiberglass tube is ideal for spacers and standoffs.

Features

  • High mechanical strength with excellent flexural and te

  • The heat resistance grade B, F, H can be selected.nsile properties

  • Minimal dielectric loss (≤ 0.05 at 50 Hz)

  • Excellent dimensional stability with uniform wall thickness

  • Low moisture absorption and resistance to environmental humidity

  • Maintains over 50% of flexural strength after 24 h immersion in transformer oil at 90 ± 2 °C

  • Chemical resistance: compatible with SF₆, transformer oils, and common industrial chemicals

  • Seamless filament-wound construction ensures long-term durability without delamination

Applications

  • Insulating structural components in high-voltage electrical equipment

  • Support and insulation parts for transformers, switchgear, and reactors

  • Compact electrical insulation components in industrial and power distribution systems

  • Components exposed to transformer oil, SF₆, or humid environments

  • High-performance mechanical and electrical insulation applications requiring long-term dimensional stability
