Description
G11-H epoxy glass tube is a high-temperature, Class H (180 °C) insulating tube made from continuous E-glass filaments using a wet-winding process. The filaments are wound around a mandrel, impregnated with high-performance epoxy resin, and cured under controlled heat and pressure to produce seamless tubes with uniform strength. This process ensures excellent dielectric performance, low moisture uptake, and outstanding mechanical properties.
The laminate maintains at least 50% of its room-temperature flexural strength when exposed to transformer oil at 90 ± 2 °C, making it suitable for high-voltage and compact electrical insulation applications.
Features
High mechanical strength: excellent flexural and tensile properties
