Description
YILONG Mica Rolls are industrial-grade insulation materials designed for demanding electrical and high-temperature applications. Made by bonding high-purity phlogopite or synthetic mica paper with high-temperature silicone resin, these rolls offer exceptional tensile strength, long continuous length, and superior thermal and electrical insulation compared with flat mica sheets.
YILONG provides both plain mica rolls and reinforced variants with glass-fiber and/or ceramic-fiber backing, meeting diverse industrial requirements for transformers, motors, high-voltage cables, and furnace insulation.
Features
High Temperature Resistance: Maintains insulation without breakdown for 90 minutes at 950–1000°C and 600–1000V
Electrical Insulation: Excellent dielectric properties suitable for fire-resistant cables
Chemical Stability: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and aging
Environmental Safety: Non-toxic, emits no harmful gases under high temperature
Mechanical Properties: Flexible, high tensile strength, suitable for high-speed cable wrapping
