Description
The 355 Modified Diphenyl Ether Glass Cloth Laminated Tube is made from processed alkali-free electrical-grade fiberglass cloth bonded with diphenyl ether resin. The material is formed through compression, drying, baking, and curing, resulting in a laminated tube with high mechanical strength and excellent dielectric properties. It is classified as H-class insulation. It is suitable for dry-type transformers and other insulated electrical components that require high-temperature performance.
Features
High thermal resistance: Class H insulation, capable of continuous use at 180 °C
Excellent mechanical properties and dielectric strength
Smooth surface with minimal defects; well-cut ends and dimensional stability
Can withstand mechanical processing (e.g., threading) without delamination or debris
Manufactured from alkali-free glass cloth, ensuring stable electrical performance
Applications
Coil insulation cylinders for dry-type transformers
Insulating structural components in high-temperature electrical equipment
Electrical devices requiring H-class thermal insulation
Custom machined components for high-performance electrical systems
