Description
The PFCC21 Phenolic Cloth Tube made from fine-weave linen fabric (or cotton cloth) and phenolic resin, this grade offers excellent machinability and improved moisture resistance compared with other linen phenolic tubes. Ideal for precision-machined mechanical parts operating in moderately humid environments.
We have tubes of below standards:
GOST Standard: 3526
IEC Standard: PFCC21, PFCC22, PFCC23, PFCC24
DIN: Hgw2086, Hgw2085, -
NEMA Standard: LE, L, CE, C
Features
High Mechanical Strength – Excellent load-bearing capacity due to fabric-reinforced structure
Good Wear & Impact Resistance – Suitable for friction and bearing applications
Lightweight Alternative to Metal – Reduces weight without sacrificing strength
Excellent Machinability – Fine weave enables precision machining of complex parts
Dimensional Stability – Maintains shape under mechanical stress
Improved Moisture Resistance (LE Grade) – Better performance in humid environments
Applications
Mechanical Engineering – Structural components, sleeves, and support parts
Bearing & Bushing Systems – Plain bearings, wear rings, and guide components
Hydraulic Equipment – Tubes and structural parts exposed to pressure and friction
Industrial Machinery – Gears, rollers, spacers, and mechanical elements
Electrical & General Insulation – Moderate insulation applications requiring moisture tolerance
Metal Replacement Applications – Lightweight, corrosion-resistant substitute for steel or bronze
