Description
PFCC202 is a mechanical and electrical grade phenolic cotton cloth laminate produced with coarse cotton fabric. Compared with PFCC201, it provides improved electrical insulation performance while maintaining good mechanical strength, making it suitable for applications requiring both mechanical reliability and electrical properties.
Features
PFCC201
Phenolic cotton cloth laminate (coarse fabric), mechanical grade.
High mechanical strength, low electrical properties.
Excellent impact and wear resistance, low friction and sound absorption.
Suitable for high-load, wear-resistant parts in harsh, dusty environments.
Resistant to weathering and seawater.
PFCC202
Phenolic cotton cloth laminate (coarse fabric), mechanical and electrical grade.
Provides better electrical properties than PFCC201 while maintaining good mechanical strength.
PFCC203
Phenolic cotton cloth laminate (fine fabric), mechanical grade.
High mechanical strength, low electrical properties, excellent machinability.
Allows tighter tolerances and finer surface finish than PFCC201.
Suitable for small precision mechanical parts with high stress and low wear.
PFCC204
Phenolic cotton cloth laminate (fine fabric), mechanical and electrical grade.
High mechanical strength with better electrical properties than PFCC202.
Suitable for small-sized mechanical and electrical components.
Applications
PFCC201
High-load and wear-resistant mechanical parts, such as gears, bearings, bushings, wear plates, guide rails, and structural components used in harsh, dusty, and abrasive environments, including marine applications.
PFCC202
Mechanical and electrical components requiring improved electrical insulation, such as motor parts, electrical machinery components, insulating supports, and medium-load structural parts.
PFCC203
Precision mechanical parts with high stress and low wear, including small gears, cams, spacers, sleeves, and machined components requiring tight tolerances and smooth surface finish.
PFCC204
Small-sized mechanical and electrical components requiring both high mechanical strength and good electrical insulation, such as insulating structural parts, precision electrical components, and support elements.
