3526 Phenolic Cotton Cloth Tube (NEMA C) for Electrical Insulation and Industrial Applications

product details

Description

The 3526 Phenolic Cotton Cloth Tube is similar to IEC PFCC22 laminated tube, is a composite tube made of laminated phenolic resin and cotton cloth, which is widely used in electrical insulation and mechanical protection fields. 3526 has high tensile strength, low water absorption, and is suitable for insulating structural parts that require high mechanical strength and can withstand a variety of mechanical processing.

We have tubes of below standards:

GOST Standard: 3526

IEC Standard: PFCC21, PFCC22, PFCC23

DIN: Hgw2086, Hgw2085, -

NEMA Standard: C, CE, L, LE

Features

  • Mechanical Strength – High strength and wear resistance for durable performance

  • Electrical Insulation – Excellent voltage resistance, suitable for electrical applications

  • Heat Resistance – Class B (130°C) heat resistance, flame retardant

  • Chemical Resistance – Resistant to acid, alkali, and low water absorption

  • Customization – Flexible sizes and specifications, with support for custom orders

  • ISO9001 Certified – Reliable quality and adherence to international standards

Applications

Used for insulating structural parts in motors, transformers, and electrical appliances. Ideal for bearings, sleeves, and high-strength mechanical parts in the mechanical industry. Suitable for corrosion-resistant pipes and seals in the chemical industry. Performs well in furnaces, heat exchangers, and other high-temperature environments. Also used for instrument components and electronic component brackets in precision machining.
