Description
Phlogopite Mica Tape is a high-performance insulation material designed for fire-resistant cables. It combines phlogopite mica paper with high-temperature silicone resin and a reinforcing glass fiber backing to provide superior thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties.
The tape offers excellent fire, acid, alkali, corona, and radiation resistance, along with good softness and tensile strength, making it ideal for high-speed winding and cable manufacturing. Fire tests demonstrate that cables wrapped with phlogopite mica tape maintain insulation for 90 minutes at 840°C and 1000V, ensuring reliable fire protection.
