Description

Phenolic Cotton Rod is made of cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin, then heated intoprepreg and rolling into the rod shape, finally put into the different diameters molds, under hightemperature and pressure to cure into the rigid laminated rods. Usually for mechanical andelectrical applications.

PFCC42 phenolic cotton cloth rod is made by impregnating cotton cloth with phenolic resin and then hot-pressed into a round cross-sectional rod. PFCC42 has very high mechanical properties. Various mechanical or electrical parts with high mechanical strength can be processed.

IEC Standard: PFCC41, PFCC42, PFCC43

NEMA Standard: LE, L, CE

3722, 3723, 3724, 3725: Similar to NEMA Grade C, CE, L and LE Respectively. 3725 allows fine processing 

PFCC41, PFCC42 and PFCC43: PFCC41(fine cloth), PFCC42(coarse cloth) and PFCC43(extra coarse cloth)
